Simian Yin Organ Gems can only be discovered in one place, and they only drop from a little Kemono species that roams the ice-covered tundra.
To start, head over to Fuyufusagi Fort, which is the fourth open-world location shrouded in ice and snow. Look at the map above to determine the ideal location to farm this resource.
Once you get to this region, continue straight north and pitch your tent near the derelict Castle Keep.

A few Gemcast Monkeys will be roaming the road outside this abandoned fort. When you kill these Kemono, they will always drop a Simian Yin Organ Gem.
Keep in mind that petting the Gemcast Monkeys will only provide Monkey Liquor. As such, you have to kill them to obtain the material.
That’s all there is to it! Visit the Fort to discover the monkeys who are hiding in the field, and you’ll be able to gather lots of Simian Yin Organ Gems in no time.
