To troubleshoot this problem, you should first make sure that your phone matches the minimum requirements to run the game.

For iOS users, your device must have at least 1GB of RAM, an Apple A8 chip, an iOS 9 operating system, and 4GB worth of free storage.

For Android users, you must at least have 2GB of Ram, Android 5.1 OS, and 3GB available space. It should also have at least a Snapdragon 435 or Hisilicon Kirin 650, or Exynos 7420 chipset.

If your device doesn’t meet these minimum requirements, then you will experience incompatibility issues.

Recently, there has been a glitch that was reported regarding the installation of apps on Google Play.

Due to this, you might not be able to download the game despite meeting the minimum requirements for installation.

  • Open “Settings”
  • Navigate to “Apps”
  • Locate “Google Play Store”
  • Click on “Storage”
  • Select the “Clear cache” option
  • Close the Play Store and open it again
  • Search for PUBG Mobile
  • Try downloading the game again
