The location of the Swede weapon recipe is actually pretty easy to find. The first thing you just have to do is go to the Tunnels Cable Car area.

From this spot, you will find a door on your right side. As soon as you open the door, you can easily see NORA. That means that you are on the right track.

Enter the room, and look at the right side of the room. Look for a chest that contains the recipe for your new melee weapon, Swede.
