Where to Find Rebreather and Stun Gun (Location) in Sons of the Forest

The tools you find throughout the game are the key to survival. Two important tools are the Rebreather and the Stun Gun.

The Rebreather allows you to breathe underwater so you can reach new areas. The Stun Gun allows you to deal damage and temporarily immobilize enemies. Luckily, both of these items can be found within the same cave.

To reach these items, you’ll need both the shovel and the rope gun. The cave is also filled with enemies, so it is recommended that you run through and build a tent so you can save and create a checkpoint.

Cave Location For the Rebreather and Stun Gun in Sons of the Forest

To find the cave, go to the point marked on the GPS in the picture above. This point is just beyond the first part of the beach you can see from the start. Make sure you’re heading to that coastline rather than the one that is closer to the starting point.

Outside of the cave, you’ll find some buckets in the sand, and the entrance will be boarded up.

Head in and begin your search.

As soon as you get in the cave, move forward until you drop down into an area with light and a lot of water. Keep moving forward, avoiding enemies. You will see a light with more enemies to sneak past.

Now you can go straight for the Stun Gun and to the left for the rebreather.

Finding the Stun Gun

Stay straight on the path mentioned above until you enter a long straight tunnel. You’ll hear music coming from a radio, letting you know you are going the right way. At the end of the tunnel, you will find the stun gun.

Finding the Rebreather

To find the Rebreather from the path you were on before heading straight for the Stun Gun, turn left.

After turning left and making your way to the end of the cave, you will see the light and some life jackets on the floor. Eventually, you’ll see lights around the water. One of the lights is the Rebreather.
