Where to Find Pistol (Location) in Sons of the Forest

Before long, you’ll require some firepower in the game. There are many enemies that will gang up on you and ruin all of the progress you made very quickly. 

As you make your way through the game, the enemies only become stronger and more aggressive, so you’ll need something stronger than a Stun Gun or Modern Axe.

The Pistol is a great solution for those needing additional protection when exploring. The Pistol deals a lot of damage and allows you to stay at a safe distance when taking out enemies.

Pistol Location in Sons of the Forest

Finding the Pistol can be tough if you don’t know where to look.

To start, head to the helicopter crash site where you started your journey. You’ll see a purple exclamation point on the far left side of your GPS tracking device. Use the picture above to give you a better idea of where the exclamation point is.

Finding the Pistol

When you see the exclamation point, keep heading toward it, swimming until you reach a small orange inflatable boat, which can be seen from the shoreline.

Go to the boat, and you will be able to climb on using a ladder on the side. Once you are in,  you will find the Pistol and some other resources. Be sure to hop in as soon as possible, as there are numerous sharks around.

And now you have a Pistol!
