Where to Find Cross in Sons of the Forest

The Cross is a unique weapon found in Sons of the Forest. It’s primarily a joke weapon, as it doesn’t usually do anything except for some really interesting uses.

In this short guide, we will tell you where to find the Cross and how to use it.

Where to Find the Cross Weapon

You can find the Cross in a cave that’s somewhat close to the beach starting point. This is also near the Life Boat purple GPS marker. The screenshot above shows its location on the GPS.

Find the cave and break the planks blocking it to enter it. Head inside, but be careful as you might find enemies. After entering the cave, keep heading straight forward.

There’s only one path. Eventually, you will come out into a large room where the Cross is located.

As you enter the room and go down a slope, look for a light right in front of you. You should see the Cross’ shadow on the wall, indicating its position.

All that’s left to do now is to approach the Cross and grab it! You can now equip it from your inventory anytime.

As for its uses, the Cross is generally useless. Attacking with it will make your character raise it in front of their face, but most enemies are unaffected by it.

However, there’s a unique demonic-looking enemy that can be damaged with the Cross alone. This can help you conserve ammo.

Additionally, you might use it to scare off Cave Dwellers, but only if they’re not already aggressive toward you.
