No Man’s Sky has really brought an exciting way to get the players more immersed in the game with the latest Fractal update.

From this recent update on January 22, 2023, new features were added to the game that will significantly step up your game as you explore different worlds and galaxies. However, to be able to travel from one planet to another, you will need a cool ship to ride.

How to Get the New Speeder Ship in No Man’s Sky: Fractal Update

The brand new speeder ship serves as a reward after you complete all five phases in the Community Expedition.

Each phase you complete gives you a specific update reward. This includes Utopia Expedition Banner, Utopia Expedition Decal, Robo-Warden Egg, Fearsome Visor, Holographic Friend, and the Utopia Speeder.

What’s more interesting is that you can claim it in any saves that you have as long as you complete all the phases.

Getting the Utopia Speeder

First thing you have to do is pick a save and go to this Space Anomaly. Then, look for the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion.

Interact with it and choose to Collect expedition rewards. It will then show you all the rewards for this expedition. Since we are focusing on the Utopia Speeder, you can click on the image of the ship.

You will see here the full appearance of the ship. So if you still haven’t seen it, this is the time to take a look at it before you have it on your own.

If you click the Compare button, it will show you all the technology both from your current starship and the Utopia Speeder.

You can trade your current ship if you want to. But, if you want a faster method, you will need 1,400 nanites.

Now that you already have it, you can change your ship anytime by just accessing your D-pad > Summon Vehicles > Switch Docked Ships > Summon Utopia Speeder.
