How to Upgrade Weapons in Wild Hearts

As you make your way through Wild Hearts, you’ll come face-to-face with even tougher enemies. In order to take them down, you’ll need powerful weapons.

Unfortunately, the weapons you start with won’t pack enough punch to defeat them.

Luckily, the game gives you the option to upgrade your weapons to make them even stronger. Without further ado, here’s how you do it:

Create a Field Forge

Before you can upgrade your weapons, you first need to build a Field Forge. A Field Forge allows you to repair, craft, and upgrade weapons and armor anywhere in the wilderness.

Once you have created a Field Forge, interact with it to access the option to upgrade your weapon.

Once you have interacted with the Field Forge, you will be presented with some choices. Pick the “Have a weapon forged” option.

After that, choose the weapon you want to upgrade. Just keep in mind that you will need specific materials depending on which weapon you want to upgrade.

For example, if you want to upgrade your Karakuri Katana to the Aromatic Plum Blade, you will need 1x Ragetail Pelt and 100x Gold. Simply hover over to the specific upgrade you want to see its requirements.

The good part about this is that you can do this any time you want to upgrade your weapon as long as you have the necessary materials.
