One of the many puzzles in Atomic Heart requires you to rotate a set of plates with lasers on them. By rotating and matching the plates, you’ll be able to power up nearby devices.

In this quick guide, we’ll cover one such puzzle. In particular, we’ll cover one found as part of the “Restart” quest.

How to Solve the Reboot Platform Puzzle

As mentioned previously, you’ll need to solve this puzzle to reboot the platform during the “Restart” quest.

Follow the objective marker until you reach the room with the puzzle. The laser plates will be right in front of you as you enter the room.

Be careful, however, as you might get attacked by enemies. Make sure the area is clear before you start solving the puzzle or the enemies will hit you while you’re busy.

When you’re certain the coast is clear, look directly at the laser plates. Interact with the plates to start.

First, rotate the bottom plate on the rightmost column. After that, rotate the top plate on the middle column.

And that’s basically it!

The puzzle should be completed now, as the lasers should match the display on the receiver on the left. Now, all you have to do is return to the platform!
