In Hogwarts Legacy, there is a large overworld to explore with many side quests, characters to meet, gear to find, and so more.

However, there is one portion of the map many are struggling to reach, and that is Poidsear. This location is the south half of the map, and reaching it will give grant you the “Coast for the Coasting Along” achievement.

There is also a lot to do in Poidsear, so going there is advantageous for those looking to get the most out of the game.

What many don’t realize is that it’s actually easy to reach the area, and this guide will show you how!

You can actually go to Poidsear from the start as soon as you have the ability to leave the castle and start to free-roam.

You can easily find your way by creating a waypoint market at the southern edge of the map. This will create a path you can follow. However, you must remain on foot.

If you are on a broom or a mount, you won’t be able to see the waypoint marker on your mini-map. This might cause you to head in the wrong direction.

The simplest way to get there is to start making your way to the South Sea Bog region on the southern edge of the region.

After that, make your way through the Medium Bandit camp. You will then encounter the bandit camp before entering the long mine tunnel called Coastal Cavern.

After you have reached the Coastal Cavern, make your way through and watch out for enemies.

Once you have made it through, you will reach the south of the map, also known as the Poidsear Coast region.
