How to Change Tsukumo in Wild Hearts
Do you want to change your partner in crime?
The Tsukumo are little mechanical creatures that you can around Azuma in Wild Hearts. There are many of them around, but one will join you on your search for Kemono.
In single-player mode, the Tsukumo will act as your fighting partner, aiding you throughout the battle to help you defeat your rival.
In some cases, you might want to change your current Tsukumo to try out a new one. If you don’t know how, this guide will help you out.

To change or upgrade your Tsukumo, you must first build a Campfire. Once you have a Campfire, simply “Warm Yourself” next to it and select “Enhance Tsukumo“.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see the option to “Switch Type” which will allow you to change the current Tsukumo that’s accompanying you.

You also have the option to upgrade it. However, you will need Old Cogs to do so at the Campfire. The Tsukumo may be improved in four ways:
- Attack Form – Increases the Tsukumo’s attack strength.
- Defensive Form – Improves the Tsukumo’s defense.
- Assist Form – When the Tsukumo dies, it increases its revival speed and healing powers.
- Threader Form – Increases the rate at which the Tsukumo provides you with additional Karakuri Thread.
The level of each form increases as you enhance it. Also, each subsequent update requires an increasing number of Old Cogs.
