Step 1: Head to the Archives and Speak to Johady

Once you have reached Chapter 7 of the main quest, you will be able to free-roam Cipal.  Start the Detour Sila’s Pact by heading to the archives and speaking to Johady.

Step 2: Find the missing tools in Pronoia Village.

Fast travel to Pronoid Village located in Preanost.

Once you reach the deserted village, you will encounter monsters. Defeat these monsters so you can search for the tools. The monsters in this area can take a fair amount of time to defeat.

After defeating the monsters in the village, simply follow the marker and it will take you to the workshop. You will find the tools that Johady needs inside.

Once you have retrieved the tools, return them to Johady in the Archives and she will give you the necklace as a reward.
