Forspoken: Ultimate Movement Guide
Outplay enemies with these amazing moves.
Forspoken is the new action role-playing game that lets you play as Frey in the world of Athia.
As you play the game, you will understand how threatening it is to live in Athia as a normal person because of the wicked and evil creatures caused by the Break.
In order to survive in this hostile world, Frey has to learn to understand and use her magic spells properly as well as train her newly discovered physical abilities.
This makes the game purely based on speed and parkour-style combat. That’s what we’ll look at in this ultimate movement guide.
Frey’s Movement Guide in Forspoken
Tantas are the main antagonist in Frey’s life adventure in Athia. These are highly powerful individual that rules the land with wicked and evil intent.
Having said that, you have to learn different combat movements to be able to keep up with these enemies once you happen to face them.
First, we will get to the basics which are the two different magic types you can use: Frey’s Magic and Sila’s Magic.
These are two open different sets of attack movements that you can use in the battle.
To choose between the two, simply hold R1 and L1 buttons, and you can choose between the two of them using the same buttons.
Sila’s Magic
By choosing Sila’s Magic, you will be able to use three different attack moves which fall under the basic combos.
The first one is the Slice wherein you wield a sword of fire and use it to continuously hit enemies. To use this simply press the R2 button.
The next one is Crucible which can be used by pressing the L2 button. This works as a perimeter blast wherein Frey makes a ring of fire that damages any enemy that makes contact with it.
The third is the Conflagration which you can use by pressing both L2 and R2 simultaneously. It causes Frey to make a small barrier of fire blast in front of her.
Moreover, if you hold the R1 button, you will be given another three options for the slice attack. These are the Arc Slice, Rage Slice, and Blast Slice.
Once you have chosen one of these, hold the R2 button to activate it.
The Rage Slice allows you to have a fist of fire that deals a great amount of damage. Arc Slice, on the other hand, allows you to release a heavy spin attack with your sword of fire.
Lastly, Blast Slice lets Frey summon a huge fire arrow and throws it from a distance, and explodes right after piercing through an enemy.
