Fire Emblem Engage Personal Skills Guide

There’s a huge roster of playable characters in Fire Emblem Engage, each one of them with their own Personal Skill.

Personal Skills are skills unique to a character. They can’t be inherited by other characters or removed, and their unique effects reflect the personality of the character.

In this article, we’ll give you a list of all the Personal Skills in the game as well as some comments on their functionality.

Some skills to keep an eye out for are Anna’s “Make a Killing” which can help you get some extra gold earlier and Citrinne’s “Generosity” which makes healing items much more useful.

Boucheron’s “Moved to Tears” is also a solid damage boost that is not too hard to set up.

Despite that, most Personal Skills this time around are very situational. For example, Ivy’s “Single-Minded” only buffs her if she fights an enemy two turns in a row.

As you generally want to kill enemy units in one turn, this skill will rarely be particularly useful.

Further, Louis’ “Admiration” requires a very specific setup, so you probably won’t get much use out of it without being very deliberate.

There are also skills, such as Alfred’s “Self-Improver” that require you to wait without taking action. These can be useful at times, but skipping turns is rarely ideal.
