Dead Space is back with new game features and puzzles for you. This science fiction and horror game let you explore the mystery aboard the USG Ishimura.

As you continue your investigation and exploration, you will have to supply yourself with resources to keep going. One of the most important resources you should have is identity.

This is to ensure that you can easily gain access to some of the areas in the game that have limited access.

However, one of the areas will require you to solve a puzzle to get through. This guide is here to help you solve it.

Rig Not Authorized Puzzle Guide

At one point in the game, you will have to gain access to one of the doors to continue your journey.

However, attempting to open this door will restrict you from entering because you are unauthorized. This is called the DNA Puzzle.

To solve this puzzle, you have to look for someone who is authorized to pass through this entrance door. The DNA of that person should match the registered one.

In fact, that person that you need is just around the corner. Simply face backward and walk to the other side of the room. Here, you will see an open space.

Inside, you’ll find a corpse on top of a bed.

Get that body and carry it as you approach the door. Doing this will grant you access to the next room.
