Atomic Heart won’t be complete without any weapons that will let you use your track-and-shoot skills. In fact, the game does not limit you from having a gun alone as your weapon.

There are a total of 12 weapons that you can find throughout the game. But for the purpose of this guide, we’ll focus on the Makarov Pistol and its whereabouts.

Makarov Pistol Weapon’s Location

The Makarov Pistol is one of the first weapons that you can find in the game. You can obtain it from your very first mission.

In your pursuit of chasing Petrov, you will be able to rummage through the warehouse which is an opportunity for you to get the MP recipe.

As you go through your first mission, you will find yourself roaming around the Vavilov Complex.

Here, you will find a lot of tomatoes and corn planted around you. On one of the corners, you will see a stair that will lead you to another room.

Upon entering the room, you can instantly see a chest next to a dead body on a desk. Open it and vacuum all the items inside.

There, you can get the recipe for the Makarov Pistol at the same time.
